Dark Sector is a game I’ve been following ever since it dropped the whole deep space theme and become aResident Evil 4style goth bazaar. While the new trailer from Tokyo doesn’t exactly bring anything new to the table, it does at least remind everyone that the game still exists, something that could easily be forgotten among the throng of amazing looking titles that have assailed us lately. It would be a shame to forget aboutDark Sectoras well, because I feel we might have quite the sleeper hit on our hands here....
Over on the Eidos forums, a FAQ forBatman: Arkham Asylumhas an interesting addition under the section laying out exclusive content for the different platforms the game is releasing on in a a couple of weeks. In there is a listing for a“Batcave Outpost Apartment”for PlayStation Home. According to theforum post, the Batcave will have a considerable quantity of goodies in it. You know what the Wii needs? A charming looking game with aPsychonautsaesthetic that sits players in a big robot suit as they stop an outvasion from inner space. Oh wait,The Kore Gangis happening? Carry on then. Admittedly, I have not heard about this game until today. Development was started by SnapDragon Games in 2003 but ended up canceled a year later. It resurfaced as a Wii game in 2008 and this year has been grabbed by Pixonauts for release later this year....
I’m so used to mainstream media just butchering gaming. So this new episode ofCommunityfrom last night just blew me away. They capture theDungeons & Dragonspirit and there’s legitimate laughs throughout the episode. The scene with Annie and the Pegasus keeper role-playing sexual acts had me dying. Hulu won’t play for any of you outside of the US, but I’m sure that won’t stop you from finding the episode online somewhere COUGHYOUTUBECOUGH....
