Neurosky’s technology allows the user’s brainwaves to interact with the toys, and Sega wants to help make such a horrifying cyber-nightmare come to life. I don’t know if this story isheartwarming or distressing, but it tells the tale of a six-year-old Norwegian boy called Christer who wants more than anything in the world to be calledSonic X. According to a local report, the boy bugged his parents into writing a letter to Norway’s King, but they declined before eventually letting the boy write it himself. Although the letter was written, his parents had not actually sent it....

It pretty much looks like the console ones, so that’s cool. I was never a fan of how the otherSonicgames controlled on the iPhone, but this could well turn out decently. We shall have to see, but I’m currently sticking to the console version....

While quite a few people thought it would never happen, EA made good on its word and has just released a de-authorization tool forSpore. While the five installation limit is still in place, the tool allows you to deauthorize one of your copies to free up one of your five slots. Unfortunately, the tool is currently only available for PC, so all you hipsters running around with different color Macbooks for each day of the week are out of luck....

And not seconds after I was just telling my wife how there aren’t enough Tom Clancy titles, Ubisoft have announced a new air combat game that will take place in the Tom Clancy universe. The yet untitled game is “set in the near future,” and not surprisingly involves hi-tech military weaponry, including technologically enhanced jet fighters. The game’s plot revolves around a private military force that has become so powerful, that it attacks the US....
