The company is continuing to make Natal sound like the launch of a brand new system, and Microsoft Game Studios boss Phil Spencer hasadded to the circus, as Natal heads for a 2010 launch. Despite the recent EA layoffs and reorganization, Mythic Entertainment has assured its MMO fan base that the studio will continue to deliver the same level of “content and service” as before. The studio also plans to continue improving on their MMOs with patches and whatnot just like before. This information comesvia a letter written by Jeff Hickman, the executive producer at Mythic. In an unprecedented move, EA Sports has delayed indefinitely the release ofNBA Elite 11, therebootof its simulation basketball franchise formerly known asNBA Live. Nintendo is out to get the pirates in every country, even France. The Paris Court of Appeals issued guilty verdicts on 26th September against several companies for the sale of devices like the R4 and the Magicom.Electronic Theatersays that the Court has imposed over 460,000 Euro in criminal fines, damages payable to Nintendo in excess of 4.8 million Euros and, in some instances, ordered suspended prison terms. Woah. Raids, kicked off back in 2007 and 2008, found several thousand game copiers all over Paris....
