You guys remember Hogrocket Studios? They rose up out of the remains of Bizarre Creations after the studio was shuttered earlier this year. Well, they’ve announced that they’re working on a game, and we know it’s for iOS, but we have no clue what it is. What we do know, however, is that they have pinned down a release date of September 1, next Thursday, on iOS. Hogrocket’s Peter Collier claims that they’re not trying to be a tease (I don’t believe him), but that they “don’t want to risk people misunderstanding the game from screenshots alone....

Entertainment Tonight caught up with Jake Gyllenhaal on the set of thePrince of Persiamovie where it looks like they really wanted to do something serious but instead, we get Jake acting all goofy. When I saw video of the first Kororinpa game, I instantly knew it was going to be a must-have for my Wii. It’s still one of my favorite games for the console, in part because it actually feels like a game that’s designed to make use of the controller’s functionality. “Father of the PlayStation,” Ken Kutaragi, has been honored with the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences 2008 Lifetime Achievement Award.
