Two new DLC bits are coming toCrackdown 2to keep it fresh for you. It starts off with a freebie called the Toy Box. It includes lots of things to pull out and have fun with, like God Mode, Infinite Ammo, weapons, gadgets, time tweaks and more. There’s also a multiplayer vehicle tag mode and a new Thruster ability for those that have reached level 6 on all abilities. The folks at1Upsay that a premium version of the Toy Box is available for 560 Microsoft Points ($7)....

Dead Space 2is set on a space station called “Sprawl” which has been built into the remains of one of Saturn’s moons. It’s significantly larger than the first game’s Ishimura, and will have all sorts of areas such as residential quarters and public spaces....
A patch is coming toDead Space 2in order to make it more accessible for gamers with disabilities. The PC version of Visceral’s action horror sequel currently doesn’t make allowances for those gamers who might not have two hands free, but following a plea from gareth170 at theOverclockers Forum, that will soon change. Many PC games allow the entire thing to be controlled with a single mouse, but that cannot be done withDead Space 2, as there is no option to move the player character forward....
When Hothead Games announced thatMonkey Islanddesigner Ron Gilbert had joined their team as Creative Director, we were already sold on their new game,DeathSpank. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfareis easily my most played game of 2007. It was, in fact, the title that made me truly care about online gaming, thanks to its fast-paced “meat grinder” style of play and fantastic promotion system. It was one of the biggest releases of its year, critically acclaimed and popular enough to knockHalo 3from the top spot of Xbox Live’s most played titles. Infinity Ward had done an excellent job with a game that not only provided addictive multiplayer, but an engaging and sometimes shocking single player campaign that truly distinguished it from other war shooters....

This time, instead ofjust seeing these actorsmake use of their new cybernetic enhancements, we get to hear them speak in their own words as written for them by the good people at Sarif Industries. I’m loving this part of the marketing. These are the sort of adverts I would expect to see from a company like Sarif if it existed, painting a picture of a bright future with all perfect lines and beautiful people, while the world goes to Hell at street level....
Earlier this monthwe shared a couple of curious screenshotswith you from Blizzard’sDiablo III. Instead of prominently featuring a Barbarian with bloodied mace amidst a crowd of skeletons, the screens revealed a brighter side of the game. One showed a unicorn spraying a crowd of enemies with a stream of rainbow colored poo. The other, well, had a marshmallow barbarian poised to strike. A newDisgeaagame is coming to the PlayStation Network is isdue to be shown offat the Tokyo Game Show. The title is currently being worked on right now and goes by the nameDisgaea Infinite, although at the moment there seems to be some confusion as what system it’s meant to release on. Sony is currently claiming that the game is a PS3 title, while Japanese magazineFamitsulists it as a PSP release. Of course, there’s every change that both claims are correct....
