We’ve all been watchingCapcom’s silly teasing timer that has been running on the front of theCapcom Unity page, impatiently waiting to see what could be in store for us. Theproblem is that Capcom’s page seems to have blown up, and we can’t see anything! We’re going to go out on an hunch here and guess that the announcement had something to do withStreet Fighter 4, Lost Planet PS3, Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD (XBL), Dark Void, Ace Attorney: Apollo Justiceand more just announced at Capcom’s Gamer Day in London....

Here comes some BREAKING news, folks. Get ready for it: a recent study posted onThe Hindureports that playing games on the Nintendo Wii that require physical movement are better for you than games where you simply sit in front of your computer or TV holding a controller. WOW. From the article: The study found that playing virtual sports such as boxing and tennis on the Nintendo Wii burned more than 50 percent energy than playing sedentary computer games such as the Xbox....

A picture of theDark SoulsLimited Editionand its foreboding box art have made their way online. Let us all look at the images and fap ourselves into paradise. The limited edition will cost the same as the regular edition if you pre-order it. For no extra cost, you’ll be getting a guide book, art book, soundtrack CD and behind-the-scenes footage. If it’s as cool as theDemon’s SoulsLimited Edition, you’ll want to grab it....

We can’t verify these details of the rumored sequel toWarhawk,butSystemLinksays that an anonymous Sony employee has passed them along, and they look legit. Don’t take these to heart just yet, but maybe start feeling hopeful. The naughty leaker says thatStarhawk, the sequel to the 2007 PS3 releaseWarhawk, is real. He says that this PS3 exclusive will be revealed before E3 2011. It will ship on Blu-ray as a full game....

Vogster Entertainment has announced thatBLEEDOUT— the next evolution of its MMO shooter,CrimeCraft— will debut on December 4. TheBLEEDOUTcontent will be delivered episodically across a ten week period, adding new gameplay features and missions. The story will be told through illustrations by some of comic books most respected artists, including Tim Bradstreet, Howard Chaykin, and Ben Templesmith. A new instance area called Belly Street will be added to the game’s downtown lobby, as well, unlocked upon completion ofBLEEDOUT‘s introductory mission....

I knew that in Dead Space Extraction I’d get to shoot a bunch of ugly monsters, but what’s with all of thistalkingnonsense? I really do think that a videogame franchise ought to have at leastonehighly popular release under its belt before it has the nerve to start offering special editions.
