Heads up! Castlevania producer Koji Igarashi will be shaking hands, signing autographs, and kissing babies at a Los Angeles EB Games next week. This is all in preparation for the PlayStation Portable title,Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles, which ships this October. It’ll be an XBLA/PSN primer for the retail-bound40K: Space Marine, a practice that’s starting to get quite trendy. Kill Teamis an arcade shooter in which players will get to choose their Space Marine chapter (from six options) and pick from four classes — Sternguard Veteran, Tech Marine, Vanguard Veteran and Librarian. Two-player co-op and weapon upgrades are promised. The premise sees a squad of Marines sent to destroy an Ork Kroozer as it makes its way to a Forge World....
TheScribblenautsfranchise has been fairly successful for Warner Bros. Interactive and developer 5th Cell so it stands to reason that the series would continue. Warner Bros hasregistereda site domain for something called “Scribblenauts Remix.“ Warner Bros. haven’t commented on whether this is a third game in theScribblenautsseries, an upgraded version ofSuper Scribblenautsor whether if it is indeed for the Nintendo DS platform. There’s not much more to go on at this point so we can let our imagination run wild with potentially crazy ideas....
BioShock 2’s“Sinclair Solutions Test Pack” DLC offers new playable characters, a third weapon upgrade level, five more masks, 20 new trials and the level cap has been raised to 50. Somebody will. I almost chose not to post this story because I’m kinda hoping it might be me. KodyKoala, a toy modder well-known to the Destructoid community, has for the first time ever listed one of his custom toys for sale. The above Mega Man anatomical statue is made with, as KodyKoala says, “robot parts” and is currently taking bidders on eBay. The bidding just opened up and it’s at $26, which seems pretty cheap to me....
