Possible new Wii SKU on the way to stores?

Since the end of last week, we’ve been receiving tips from several people/sites making mention of a new Nintendo Wii SKU, although most of them were dirty piles of speculation that have rolled down the hill, resulting in a pile of brown sludge that we didn’t want to have anything to do with. The only bit of information we’ve seen that is even remotely solid comes fromCodename Revolution, who learned from their distributor contact that a Wii SKU (UPC#045496880088) is headed towards retailers, and it’sbeing called the “New Pack....

Preview: Pit Crew Panic!

Pit Crew Panic! is weird. Like, really weird. The game centers on you controlling an all female pit crew team as you have to repair the most random sh*t ever. Cars with cakes as engines, the Golden Gate Bridge, giant toilets, potted plants, and the list goes on. I feel if I were to describe this game to some random non-gamer on the street, I would be immediately beaten up and then sent to a mental hospital....

Resistance: Retribution gameplay videos remind us to charge our PSPs

Resistance: Retributionis an impressive-looking PlayStation Portable game, to be sure. In these new videos just released by Sony, you’re able to see that the developer, Sony Bend, has stuffed quite a bit of theResistanceuniverse into the little handheld. The series is going into third-person for the first time, and despite the lack of a second analog stick, aiming and movement work really well. Playing it at Tokyo Game Show ast year, I never felt that the “auto-lock-on” aiming feature was too intrusive, and it never felt like it was holding my hand....

Retailers listing Fallout: New Vegas as a June release

If retailer listings have it right, we could be eviscerating mutant skulls in New Vegas as early as this June. The officialGameStopWeb site andPlay-Asiahave Obsidian’s take on Bethesda’sFalloutuniverse listed as a summer release. June, to be specific. Early listingsare early, so take this with a grain of salt. We’re not too convinced that this is more than guesswork on both company’s parts — two companies who are no doubt eager to store pre-order dollars in a big ass bank account to collect interest from potential purchasers....
