I’ve heard my fair share of stupid filth from the mouths of gamers on Xbox Live, but one Frostburg State University student just topped ’em all by getting charged with two misdemeanor counts of disrupting a school operation because of athreat he madeon the Internet.

While playingCall of Duty 4online,Allieu Shaw(thanks for the link, Lawl) talked about “shooting up the school” and also managed to let out “how he was going to do it.” Big mistake.

A concernedCoD4player from Oregon reported Shaw’s threat to the Frostburg Police Department which led to Microsoft releasing his IP address and his eventual arrest.

Shaw later admitted that the whole thing was just a joke and how he had “no intention of following through with the threats.” While there were no guns or incriminating evidence to be found, it just goes to show you that Xbox Live isn’t as anonymous as you might think.
