Valve has announced a brand new downloadable chapter for bothLeft 4 DeadandLeft 4 Dead 2, The Sacrifice. Set before the events of The Passing, it will details exactly how one of the original four survivors met their grisly end.
The Sacrifice will star Francis, Zoey, Bill and Louis, even if you play it viaLeft 4 Dead 2. Valve is not only givingL4D2players a chance to play as the originals survivors without loading the original, it’s also throwing the entire No Mercy campaign into the DLC, just for good measure.
So, if you would rather decide who dies instead of Valve, you’ll do well to download The Sacrifice. It’ll be free on PC and Mac and cost money on Xbox 360 (because screw Microsoft) and a release date is yet to be confirmed. Valve also confirmed that there will be moreLeft 4 Dead 2DLC after this, and isn’t that nice?
