If you haven’t had enough of malaria and the hot, African sun, Ubisoft’s got you covered.
The publisher has announced today that it will be releasing a downloadable content package forFar Cry 2by the end of November. Called “The Fortune’s Pack,” it will add two new vehicles (the Unimog and the Quad), along with three new weapons (silenced shotgun, sawed-off shotgun, and crossbow). All of the vehicles and weapons will be accessible in both single-player and multiplayer modes.
Speaking of multiplayer, the DLC also adds four new maps — “Cheap Labor,” “Last Resort,” “Lake Smear,” and “Fort Fury.”
The pack will be available for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and will cost $9.99 or 800 MS Points, respectively. Do you guys think this newFar Cry 2content warrants this price tag? Will it add enough gameplay to justify spending your cash?
