Moments after my first viewing ofTaken, I distinctly remember wanting someone to adapt the movie — more in style and subject matter than anything else — into a videogame. Of course, the transferring of ideas between the two mediums almost always ends tragically.
In more than a few ways,Splinter Cell: Convictionis my best bet. Everything we’ve seen of it thus far would lead us to believe it doesnotsuck, it’s got some parallels toTakenstory-wise, and it’s effing Sam Fisher getting sweet, sweet revenge on many a bad guy.
