The first Call of Duty: XP came to a close the other night and overall I think the event was a good first attempt by Activision. There were definitely some problems, but it was a fun environment despite some hiccups. Nick Chester and I went around the compound checking out the various fun things to do, like the sumo wrestling and a room full of the guns that have appeared in pastCall of Dutygames.
The star of the show was of courseModern Warfare 3and the wait for the game was never too long for either versus multiplayer or Spec-Ops mode. I was honestly amazed at how people already figured out the best guns and figured out things like the spawn points and firing lanes in just the span of two days.
