Honestly, most of us don’t need a reason to be excited for the latest in a long line of time-eating games; 2K’s marketing program couldliterally be thisand it’d work.
The fact that it isn’t, however, is terribly nice of them. Everyone always says reviewers shouldn’t play overwhelmingly large games likeWorld of Warcraft, because it’s too hard to commit that kind of time when your queue of games is constantly changing.
I tend to agree, which is why I’m glad to not be on the dedicated review team, for once. I’ll have all the time in the world to playCiv V. Knowing the series, I will make full use of every last minute.
