Hi, my name is Samit, and I’m an addict. I’m addicted to … not finishing games. I could probably name ten different games off the top of my head that I own and have not completed (and I haven’t come close to finishing many of those games).
I guess I have an ADD of sorts when it comes to games — I move on to the latest, greatest thing when it comes out, and often, I’ll never go back to the game I was playing. For example, I boughtRatchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destructionway back at the end of October 2007. I played it for about two or three hours, and I have not touched it since. It’s not because I didn’t like what I played — I enjoyed it — but at the time, I was busy withGuitar Hero IIIandWarhawk, and I just never went back.
Why am I boring you with this story? Well, a newRatchet & Clankgame, entitledRatchet & Clank: A Crack in Time, was announced yesterday, and I think I’m finally going to be compelled to go back and beatTools of DestructionbeforeA Crack in Timecomes out this fall. We’ll see.
