I see the magazine spreads and television shows that feature massive houses, 6-car garages, pillars and spiral staircases, and all this other unnecessary bullsh*t and just roll my eyes. I don’t care if you’re well-off; that’s just a huge waste of money, especially when just two or three people live there. Your house is to live in, not put on display.
Me? I have a little house in the hills. It’s kind of old, and kind of small, but it fits all of my junk in it, and it’s nice and comfortable. I’ve never seen anything from these shows and magazines that I want for myself. But I would now like this bathroom.
