As expected, the “Satin Silver” DualShock 3s that retailer GameStop/EB Games had been listingfor awhileare now available. These bad boys will run you $54.99, and will be exclusive to GameStop/EB Games from now through September.
If silver’s not your thing, you might want to consider holding out, though. No one seemed to notice during E3, but Sonyquietly announcedthat retailers would start selling “Deep Red” and “Metallic Blue” DualShock 3 controllers starting this October. The availability of these controllers wasn’t tied to any specific time frame, so expect them to be available on a semi-permanent basis based. They’ll also run you $54.99.
