Microsoft is conducting an open call for US based participants for a public preview to help us prepare for an updated Xbox 360 disc format. They say as part of the preview program, you will receive a copy ofHalo: Reachalong with other possible rewards. Doesn’t that sound exciting?
Don’t worry about getting in, as Microsoft says they’re accepting “multiple thousands” of testers. Plus, being a US only test, that narrows down the field even more. Keep in mind that being a Gold Xbox Live member gets you a leg up.
If you’re down to be part of the program, you’ll need to visit theMicrosoft Connect siteand sign in with your Windows LIVE ID that is connected to your Xbox LIVE Gamertag. Once you complete the survey that is presented to you, the Connect site will provide program related updates and you will receive a mail once the selection process is completed, saysMajor Nelson.
