One thing is very certain aboutLittleBigPlanet– it has room to expand. The title will perpetually grow through user-created content, that much is clear. But will Media Molecule continue to make content? In short, yes.
Today,LBP’sassociate producer Eric Fong toldGameProthat Media Molecule will keep working on the title “to add to the player experience with new levels, costumes, materials, and a host of other content.” We hope those other pieces of content include extra level creation materials. A man can never have too many spikes or fiery objects.
In addition to speaking about new content, Fong was reluctant to comment on when users would be able to start selling their own content. Fong said that there are “a lot of details that still need to be worked out” before adding “that’s pretty much all I can say at this point.” He then turned and dove into the piles of money sitting in his office.
