Somebody is getting fired somewhere because Sony of America has made a major mistake and all copies ofShaun White Skateboardingon the PS3 are being recalled. The recall wasoriginally discoveredwhen a Target memo was leaked, but since then SOA has released an official statement on the issue.
“There was a manufacturing issue with a misprinted disc at Sony Computer Entertainment America and the wrong version of theShaun White SkateboardingPlayStation 3 game was shipped to retailers. We’re working with Ubisoft to correct the issue. New PS3 copies of the game will be shipped to North American retailers by Thursday, Oct. 28 and it will be available by that weekend.”
So if you were planning on getting the game on the PS3 just wait a little longer. The reall question is how the hell to you produce millions of copies of a game with the wrong version on it? Someone is seriously f**ked over at SCEA.
