I read what that man heard the other man say, so I decided to type this blog so that you can know that that’s what that man said that the other man said. I am a journalist.
So what do you make of this rumor? The Wii makes sense forEarthworm Jim, as other “cartoon mascot” characters like Sonic, Crash Bandicoot, the Rabbids, and of course Mario, have done well on the console. Still, I can’t help but think thatEarthworm Jimmight make the most money on XBLA, by keeping the budget of the game small, and cashing in on all theCastle Crashersfans out there.Earthworm Jimwas one of the original “f*cked up cartoon” games that are so popular with the kids on XBLA these days. It’s hard to imagine that a newEWJgame couldn’t find an audience there, but of course, a multi-platform release would be best for everybody.
WhereverEarthworm Jim 4ends up, it better not have polygon-based graphics. I have absolutely no positive associations withEarthworm Jim 3D.
