Resident Evil‘s “The Mercenaries” mode is now even morehandheldas Capcom has launchedResident Evil Mercenaries VS.on the Apple app store. It’s $2.99 for a promotional period, so if you want to check it out you should probably get on it sooner rather than later.
The fellows over atTouch Arcadedon’t seem too impressed by it though, noting that it looks like crap and that the multiplayer gameplay doesn’t really suit theResident Evilstyle of play. I guess it will have to depend on how much you like Mercenaries, and if you want to play it as a 2 vs. 2 mode online.
