Quick Hit Football, a free-to-play, browser-based football game, has announced New England Patriots wide receiver Randy Moss as the first “starter” for its 2010 season. It remains unclear if the game will include Moss’ “swimming” touchdown dance, as seen above, but at the very least, he’ll show up as an impact “speed” player inQuick Hit. (Other current and former pros includeBarry Sanders and Warren Moon.) Check out the gallery for Moss’ player card!

If you’re unfamiliar with the football strategy RPG, as I dubbed it, check out myimpressionsfrom back in January. Basically, you create a team and then earn experience points to level up your players by playing against AI or human opponents. There’s a lot more to it than that, so if you’re interested, you should definitely take a look at my write-up (or just head over toQuick Hit’s websiteand try out the game for yourself, since it’s currently in open beta). You might just end up with Moss on your team!
