The level cap blues might not set in for the frag-masters of Rapture. 2K Games is set to bump up the volume of BioShock 2’s MP component with “Sinclair Solutions Test Pack,” the first substantial piece of DLC to hit the game. It adds, in brief, new weapon upgrades, new masks, new rewards, new characters and additional ranks.
