Nintendo issued acomplaintlast August with the World Intellectual Property Organization over SuperMario.com, as someone else held the rights. Who was it? Bowser? What’s funny is that they just started working on this last year. How long has Mario been a thing now, Nintendo? 25 years?

It seems like it’s all worked out now, according to tech blogFusible. They say that the case is still active, but as of yesterdaythe site is registered to Nintendo of America. We don’t know what happened with the case, but there’s one down for Nintendo! Now to get to work on SuperMarioBros.com, SuperMarioBrothers.com, MarioBros.com…
