According to a listing on the USK’s (Germany’s classification board for games)Web site, a game calledGalaga Legionsis pending release on Xbox LIVE Arcade.
At this point, all we know about the game is that it’s being published by Namco-Bandai, the company responsible for publishing the much-lovedPac-Man: Championship Edition.
CouldGalaga Legionsbe in the same vein asPac-Man: CEor possibly evenSpace Invaders Extreme? We’re rightalongside XBLAHin hoping so.
At the very least, I think we can assume thatLegionswill pit us up against a legion of insect-looking aliens, whether it ends up being an innovative new take onGalagaor a collection ofGalaxian,Galaga,Galapus, andGalaga ’88(Please God, no!).
