We recently learned that Capcom was working on a 3DS game that would add 3D sound to the 3D visuals, but details were scarce onNazo Wako Yakatauntil now.

In this mansion exploring experience you won’t use the d-pad or buttons at all. Some actions are done through the touch screen, but you’ll use the gyro sensor to look around rooms of a mansion and the microphone to talk to characters.

One new example of gameplay, found onAndriasang, has players in a room where they need to wake up a girl sleeping on the couch. You’ll use the gyro sensor to look around the room and the mic to call out to her. Another room has you guessing what the ingredients are in a hot pot by listening to the sounds of each ingredient being eaten. Finally, a music room has you practicing your singing along with a piano.

As for that 3D sound, Famitsu.com has a really cool example sound file.Visit this pageand click on the guy in the top hat. The effect was quite pronounced, even on my laptop speakers.
