Monolith was afraid the video below the fold would take the edge offF.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin’svile conclusion. The studio was right. Watching SnakeFist twist, waltz, punch, pantomime and whirl around a variety of the game’s environments probably would have killed the emotion of the “Wait … Oh, Jesus” moment.

According to Monolith’s Dan Affleck, the video was supposed to be aired during the end credits of the game. So sure the comical video would make the cut, the scenes were even motion captured. (Video proof of that is available onMonolith’s blog.) Talk about a fun day at the office.
