In addition to bits aboutMario’s latest adventure, Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto has also shared with French journalists plans to bringFlipnote Studioto the 3DS eShop.
For those of you unaware,Flipnote Studiois a free program available on DSiWare that allows users to create flipbook-style movies. It’s a fun little piece of software that has yielded abevyof remarkable videos. That it’s being updated for the 3DS could mean that it’ll include expanded functionality — any hope for 3D movies? How would users even be able to do that, anyway?
Miyamoto also states thatFlipnote Studiowill remain free, and that you should be able share movies more easily with friends if Nintendo can properly regulate “naughty” images.
