Media Molecule has launched its online“LittleBigWorkshop,”a collection of online tools designed to helpLittleBigPlanetlevel designers with their creations.
The workshop is broken up into three parts. The “Workshop” room houses videos of creations, along with author notes. The “Inspiration Room” is a series of images to help jog your brain into creativity. And finally, the Blueprint Room is a tool which can be used to sketch out potential level designg by dragging and dropping shapes.
I’ve hadLittleBigPlanetin hand since before it hit shelves, but I have to admit I haven’t spent much time with it. For sure, it’s a highlight of this holiday line-up (for any console); I just haven’t had time for the game, much less to spend time building a level.
Has anyone been messing withLBPlevel design, and do you find these online tools to be helpful? If not, what would be helpful for you?
