In the most shocking cliffhanger ending since NBC’sHeroeshiatus, the latest episode ofThe 1up Showended with news editor,Luke Smith, announcing that he will be leaving Ziff Davis. His last day will be on April 27th.
This comes as a surprise to fans of the show and Smith, who has garnered respect (and healthy doses of haterade) for his hard-nosed approach to gaming journalism. What path he’ll take next is unclear, but word is that he’ll spill the beans on next week’s1up Yours podcast.
