LittleBigPlanet 2‘s latest promotional trailer will hit you with a steady stream of awesome for almost two minutes straight, so be ready for that before you hit play. This one shows off the game’s boosted story mode, which is said to be leaps and bounds bigger than the original LBP’s. The Negativitron is working to destroy Craft World, so you’ll help the Alliance to fight against him, armed with new tools and abilities.
I really like the Bounce Pads and grappling hook and I’m looking forward to seeing how they play into the adventure mode. My guess is that a ton of creativity and varied gameplay are going to be packed into this one story. It’ll likely be a showcase for everything you can do and create inLBP2. I’m excited.
