Rockstar has dated “Legends and Killers” pack today, the first ofa flood ofRed Dead Redemptiondownloadable contenthead our way this year. It’s out on August 10 for both Xbox LIVE Arcade and PlayStation 3; it’ll run you 800 MS Points, or $9.99 in human money on the PS3.
The pack brings nine new multiplayer map locations to the table, along with a brand new projectile weapon, the Tomahawk. You’re looking at eight new characters for multiplayer, as well, along with Achievements and Trophies for your console of choice.
Following the “Legends and Killers” pack will be three more previously announced packs — “Liars and Cheats,” “Free Roam,” and “Undead Nightmare.” That last one introduces the undead to the wild west, with a new single-player adventure and new multiplayer zombie characters. Those packs haven’t been dated, but we’ll keep you posted.
