In a move that will prove popular withlovers of JOURNALISMeverywhere, arecent entryon the ESRB’s Web site has revealed that Ubisoft is bringing a game calledImagine Reporterto the Nintendo DS. But what will this game about JOURNALISM entail, you ask? Using my skills of JOURNALISM I have copied and pasted the product summary directly below this paragraph so that you might be informed.

This is a simulation game in which players assume the role of an aspiring journalist as she works her way from local reporter to the host of a TV news show. Players engage in mini-games such as taking notes, filming news segments, investigating photos, and interviewing people.

There you go, JOURNALISM in its finest, probably 2D form. I do take offence at the usage of the word “mini-games,” though. As anyone involved in any way with JOURNALISM well knows, there’s nothing mini about it; it’s hugely serious business inevery situation. I can forgive it in this instance, though, since it was probably hastily scribbled by some office intern that is unfamiliar with the ways of proper JOURNALISM.

We here at Destructoid will keep you up date if and when any new information is shed on this totally serious, JOURNALISM understanding software that instructs neophytes (or JUSTIN, for short).
