According to some new promotional materials forWii Fit, the Wii Balance Board peripheral has a weight limit. If you’re over 300 pounds, you might want to start losing that weight elsewhere, buddy.
While we didn’t expect the Balance Board to hold up to a ton, we hoped we could keep eating these Ho-Hos. Apparently, that’s not the case. Keep in mind that this only applies to the Japanese model of the board, and Nintendo would be wise to make some slight adjustments to the peripheral to accommodate us fatty mcfatterson Americans.
Wii Fitand the Balance Board will ship in Japan this December, and in North America and Europe in 2008.
