Hungry for moreHeavy Rain? Get in line — this gorgeous PS3 title has quite a few of us drooling copiously at the Dtoid offices. A demo was recently shown off at the Micromania Games Show in Paris, and a bit more information was revealed about Quantic Dream’s upcoming adventure title.

In addition to what we already knew about the game having no loading screens, the demo showed the main character (a young journalist) as she goes to the house of a taxidermist who is suspected of murdering young women. Let me tell you, I might have done some grubby things in my day writing for the robot, but I’ve definitely never been sent to a potential murderer’s house, so I consider myself lucky.

Anyway, back to the game: multiple camera views and Sixaxis-enabled control is only half of the fun. You can hear the thoughts of the main character, so you will be aware that different choices are available in your near future, and in order to stay hidden you will have to depress multiple buttons (which sounds a little annoying to me, but it’s supposed to jack up the stress the player will feel).

After just having played throughLinger in Shadows, I have to say I’m all about seeing games innovate and force us to think about the way we play. I thinkHeavy Rainwill do that as well, not to mention possibly immerse players in one of the most organic gaming experiences on the PS3 to date. What do you think?
