This is one of those trailers where the game will probably end up appealing to a pretty small percentage of players but I’m still going to urge you to check it out. Mostly because I think Joshua Nuernberger’sGemini Ruelooks a hell of a lot like the classic point-and-click adventureBeneath a Steel Skyand I also think that’s pretty neat. And you’ll probably enjoy hearing the voice acting which, while initially promising, quickly takes a wrong turn at Albuquerque.

Gemini Ruewon an IGF Student Showcase award and is being published by Wadjet Eye Games. It will release February 24th and is currently available for pre-order. The game itself will run you $14.99 as a downloadable, but they’re also offering a limited edition during the pre-order period. This package, which sells for ten bucks more and won’t ship until March, includes a copy of the game on CD, the soundtrack in MP3 format and retail packaging. Folks who order the limited edition will also get release-day access to the downloadable version.
