The gang at EA Tiburon is aiming to bring gamers the most accurate football simulation ever made, and chief among their improvements to gameplay inMadden NFL 10is the game’s all-new Pro-Tak animation system. To go along with the video, we’ve also got five new screenshots of the game, two of which show off the new nine-man gang tackling (no, kids, that’snota group hug you see up there). The fifth one features Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger, just like thefirst imagewe ever saw ofMadden 10.

July 11, 2025– Today, EA SPORTS releases the first installment of theMadden NFL 10 Developer Series, a 5-part video documentary series, which provide a look behind-the-scenes at the development of the award-winning football franchise.
The “Pro-Tak Animation System” video documentary features interviews with theMadden NFL 10development team, including senior producer Phil Frazier, senior designer Ian Cummings, and development manager Ryan Ferwerda. They describe the impact of the Pro-Tak animation technology and how it provides unprecedented control over every play.
