Thanks to a certain trademark and Internet speculation, today’s news thatSuper Monkey Ball Step & Rollis in facta real thingdoesn’t exactly come as a surprise. But, Sega was nice enough to pump out a trailer (albeit a CG one) for us, so it’s not a total loss for those of you who actively keep up onMonkey Ballnews.
As you may have inferred from the header image,Super Monkey Ball Step & Rolldoes use the Wii Balance Board, which means plenty of physical activity. I was going to write this post in a grumpy tone based on how manyMonkey Ballgames have been made, but the trailer was simply too adorable for me to go through with it.
Very few details forStep & Rollare available, so I’m going to speculate that hey, perhaps we could see a Balance Board bundle with this game? Who knows! If I worked for Sega, you can bet I would be pitching a collector’s edition complete with alife-sized Monkey Ball.
