The 9th Annual Game Developers Choice Awards ended with a bang — a bang that could only be brought by a teaser for a hype-inducing game ofModern Warfare 2‘s level. Infinity Ward put the debut video for the first-person shooter on full display, and you better believe we’ve got it embedded post-jump.
Besides a green-tinted montage of various locales accompanied by cries of agony and constant gunfire, and of courseModern Warfare 2‘s release date (November 10 of this year), it’s not a whole lot for more casual fans to go on.
But, you know what? It’s quite frankly better than nothing at all. A solid release date will surely get hardcoreCall of Duty 4: Modern Warfareplayers excited. Now, I’ve got to ask, when’s the beta coming, guys?
