Sega has produced a video package of the games it’s showing off at Gamescom, focusing primarily onSonic All Stars Racing,Bayonetta,Alpha ProtocolandResonance of Fate. Some of those games will be great. TheSonicone probably won’t.
That said, the video does show you how far Sega’s come. A few years ago, the publisher didn’t have two decent games to rub together, but thanks to some smart decisions, it now boasts a considerable amount of exciting titles. Its stable of releases for the rest of the year and 2010 is looking impressive, and as an old school Sega fan, that feels good to say.
