Okay, you’re probably wondering about the header image this month. Well, it just so happens we’re celebrating Destructoid’s 5th anniversary in style over inForum Land. We’ve even got a special new badge to commemorate the occasion, but you’ll have to wait to find out what it looks like.

The big buzz around the Forums this month is our shiny new upgrade, compliments of beloved founder and top robot Niero (Happy birthday, boss) who broke the bank to bring us several exciting new skin options, including a spiffy new default that matches up more with the home page. It’s like we’re all one big happy family again! The themes are all still being worked on and customized, but come check out the newDestructoid Default,Twisted Dark,Shiny Green, and if you’re not digging those we still have our “Also, Cocks” knock offClassic Dtoid Dark. A mobile version is also available, but will likely be upgraded further once we find a better template. Suggestions welcome!

Happy Bar Unification Day! Our originalBarthread has finally been merged with the next-generation version and evolved into a massive mega thread of win. It’s great to have all our memories fully restored. (Now to talk to Icarus about that money I finally recall him owing me.)
