While the fairly recentCGI trailer forFUELwas impressive, what CGI trailer isn’t impressive these days, at least visually? Today, Codemasters has released another video, but this time the footage is entirely in-game.Upon watching the above trailer, I was pleasantly surprised tonotbe greeted by Wolfmother’s “Woman,” a song which has made an appearance in virtually every racing game trailer. Ever. The game’s main draw will undoubtedly be its environment, which features “100,000 miles of roads, tracks and trails.” I was also impressed with the weather effects shown — apparently, the full game will have a dynamic system with “tornadoes, sandstorms, blizzards, lightening and thunderstorms.”My only concern at this point is whether or notFUEL‘s huge environment will be too overwhelming, depending on how the game’s objectives are set up.FUELdoesn’t hit Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC until May, so we’ve got plenty of time to find out.
