Tomorrow night (11/6), the GameStop at Universal City Walk in Los Angeles will be hosting a huge launch party for the highly anticipated Xbox 360 exclusiveGears of War 2. In attendance will be designer Cliff Bleszinski (who will also be signing autographs), Xbox royalty Major Nelson, andGears of Warvoice acting stars John DiMaggio (Marcus Fenix), Lester “Rasta” Speight (Augustus Cole) and Carlos Ferro (Dominic Santiago). As you can tell, this is going to be an incredible party.
Most importantly, theDtoidLAgang will be there! The festivities start at 9:00 p.m. so keep an eye out if you decide to attend. Besides theGears of War 2people, there will be an in-store tournament, free merchandise, and the promise of celebrity appearances (if freakin’BENDERis not good enough for you).
There will be midnight launch parties all over the world for people that don’t live near Hollywood, so no need to scream and knock all the stuff off your desk if you can’t make it. Although I can pretty much guarantee your event won’t nearly be as cool as ours. I’m just sayin’ …
