One of my favorite experiences at E3 was when I got to sit down and playFallout 3for about an hour in a press only room. It was a glorious time and they had set it up so you got the fullFalloutaesthetic experience, which is one of the things the game truly nails. If the above trailer tells us anything it’s that that great aesthetic is returning.
Also, guns and shooting people are returning too. I know you were worried thatNew Vegaswas going to be a dating sim, but one look at the trailer and you’re able to tell it’s clearly not. It’s also gotKay Kyser’s“Jingle Jangle Jingle,” which was the No. 1 hit for eight weeks in 1942, playing over the whole thing. I’d like to pretend I’m cool enough to pull that information out of my ass, but I definitely did not.
What say youFalloutlovers? Looking pretty good, right? I mean, you can’t go wrong when you’re walking awayfrom an explosion and you totally ignore it.
