A lot of theAssassin’s Creed: Brotherhoodgameplay shown during the Ubisoft press conference was impressive, but what stuck out the most for me was Ezio manning a huge cannon at the edge of his towering stone fortress. During a rather intense battle scene, Ezio grabs onto the back of a cannon while another of his companions loads it. Aiming with an on-screen reticule, Ezio then proceeds to fire the cannon, completly obliterating a far-off guard post in the distance.
It looks …amazing.
Even better, producers promise more stuff like this inAssassin’s Creed: Brotherhood— namely more gadgets, weapons, and inventions that Ezio can use. As a fan of all the DaVinci stuff inAssassin’s Creed II, this news makes me very happy.
