For all youMystery Dungeonfans, Atlus has announced they’ve acquired the rights to the Wii titleShiren the Wanderer. TheMystery Dungeonseries has had a spotty release over here in the US, although you might be more familiar withChocobo’s DungeonorPokemon Mystery Dungeon— same series. The firstShirengame released was translated by Sega back in 2006 and brought over here to the DS.

While we’re waiting on the second title’s DS remake to be translated, Atlus has brought overShiren 3to the US, which will be hitting store shelves in Spring 2010. This rogue-like title received incredibly high marks from Famitsu (9/9/8/9) , and so we’re looking forward to giving this a shot once something is available for us to play. In the meantime, there’s always staring at the pageAtlus has set up.
