According to UK-based gaming sitePlayTM, Capcom’s games distributor in Italy has let slip that that the highly-stressful, zombie-slaughtering action ofDead Risingis coming to the PC. PlayTMis reporting that Capcom UK have refused to comment, which means — if history has taught us anything — that it’s highly likely.
An Xbox 360 “exclusive,”Dead Risingwas definitely the straw that broke the undead camel’s back for many gamers who purchased Microsoft’s console simply to massacre hordes of zombies with a katana. While we eagerly anticipate the oft-rumored yet unannounced sequel, at least PC gamers may have something to look forward to in the near future.
The move wouldn’t be a huge surprise, either — Capcom have recently stepped up PC support, having already ported overLost Planet, and are soon to releaseDevil May Cry 4.And anything involving zombies (other than them eating your family) is good news, right?
