The masses haven’t even playedDance Central yet and they’re already working on a sequel?
I’ll be honest:Dance Centralkind of creeps me out. It’s too urban and…dance-y for my tastes. I’m more of a stand still kind of guy. I’m more of anotskinny jeans and beanie dancing in front of HDR’d construction equipment guy too. Our boy Nick Chester really digs it, but it’s not for me. Â Still,Dance Centrallooks to be the most promising Kinect game of the launch titles, set to drop in a few days. Â I think it’s going to be huge game regardless of my dislike for poppin’ and lock’n.Â
Kasson Crooker, project director for Dance Central, lets loose that they’re at least thinking about the next game: “We’re looking at basic pre-production forDance Central 2but are mostly working on DLC right now.”
“We want to make sure people like Dance Central first,” Crooker told MCV. “If that happens, we can look at what they enjoyed about that experience and decide if we want to offer an addition to it.”
Four-speaker boom boxes forever!
