Uh oh — trouble in paradise!

According to the buzz on variousCrackdownrelated message boards, some users are reporting some major issues after installing the latest batch ofmind blowingly awesome DLC.

How bad could it be? How about game saves being deleted and progress being reset? If you’ve worked hard to get 499 hidden orbs, you might want to read what thisparticularly unhappy playerhad to say about his experience:

Xbox documentary

I was playing co-op with a friend, he ended the game, and I jumped into a solo game.   I did not choose the “ressurect gangs” option.  To my horror, my game was completely reset… brand new as if I just bought it today.  I backed out to the dashboard, hoping it didn’t save and then rebooted the game.  It’s still a brand new game…all that leveling, all 499 orbs gone, all 350-something hidden orbs gone.

Ouch. Other players who have reported a similar experience after playing co-op games with friends. So until this is all sorted out, you might want to ignore all of your friends. Tell them you have to wash your hair or something.
